1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. bell pepper
2 chopped tomatoes or 2 lb can, drained
2 c. cubed fresh pumpkin
6 c. chicken brother
1/2 c. turnips cubed
1/2 c. carrots sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell pepper with 2 Tbsp oil. Combine all ingredients, cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Scoop out half vegetables and puree in blender or cuisinart. Return to pot. Add 1/2 cup cream. Check salt. Heat, eat!
