6-8 medium zucchini, sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 or 2 small cans sliced tomatoes and juice
1/2 block muenster cheese
2 white onions fried until soft
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Layer ingredients in casserole dish. When almost read to eat, bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
