Ingredients:  
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp powdered
1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 lb hamburger
2 Tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup (no water)
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce butter, garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add hamburger, stir and saute til no pink color remains. Add flour, salt and pepper, mushrooms, mushroom soup, sour cream and parsley. Stir and heat until hot. Serve over cooked wide egg noodles.
