1/2 lb chorizo (pork sausage with chili powder) 1/2 lb hamburger 1 large chopped onion 2 lb can refried beans 4 oz can diced chilis 2 c. yellow and/or jack cheese. 3/4 c. taco sauce 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1 c. black olives without pits 8 oz. avocado dip 1 c. sour cream parsley to garnish
For each 9-inch glass pie dish, first layer meat. Brown chorizo and hamburger with chopped onion. Then layer refried beans, chilis, cheese, and taco sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350.º After baking, add chopped green onions, black olives, avocado dip, and sour cream. Garnish with parsley, serve with tortilla chips.
