2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix all ingredients together. Note - that's chopped onion OR onion flakes.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
