Australian long cucumbers
tuna or salmon
mayonnaise
celery
capers or pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumbers into 1/2 in slices. Scoop out the seeds in the centers with a melon baller. Fill the centers with canned tuna or salmon mixed with mayonnaise and finely chopped celery. Garnish with capers or tiny pickles.
