2 Tbsp chicken bouillon granules
2 c. water
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp sugar
3 shakes garlic powder
1/4 tsp powdered ginger (or 1 Tbsp fresh chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp mild or low salt soy sauce
1 tsp sake or dry vermouth.
dash of salt
1/8 tsp MGS (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Use wire whisk and bring to a boil. Set aside.
Examples of use: (1) steam pea pods, bok choy, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Add hot shrimp (boiled) and toss with 1 c. Chinese sauce. Serve. (2) Fry meat, fresh ginger, broccoli and hot peppers in Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Add 1 c. Chinese sauce. Serve. (3) To 1 c. of Chinese sauce, add green peppers in chunks, and chunked canned pineapple. Boil and set aside. Fry pork chunks that have corn starch and soy on them. Drain and pour sauce over all. Serve.
