1/4 c. Kraft Mayo
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix mayo and lemon juice in medium bowl; set aside. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in a separate bowl.

Dip chicken in mayo mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated on all sides. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
