4 large pork chops
shortening
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 can condensed mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops on both sides in small amount of shortening. Pour off shortening. Mix peanut butter, soup, milk, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Pour over chops. Cover and cook slowly 45 minutes.
