Large diced pieces of sirloin
Medium diced onions
Large sliced (washed) mushrooms
Instant rice
one stick butter

Directions:
Directions:

Seasoning and cooking: Season and flour beef, Sear in a hot pan until a medium temperature is achieved, Add onions and cook until soft, Add butter, mushrooms and seasoning to a pan. Cook until the mushrooms "caramelize" (turn a caramel color), "Degaze" the pan with your favorite white wine, Add to the beef and onions, mix well, Add beef stock, and let cook on medium low, covered for about an hour, Strain any remaining liquid. Retain Liquid, With the retained liquid produce your favorite brown gravy, Add gravy to the beef mixture, mix well. Bring to a soft boil for about 15 minutes. Follow recipe on box of rice. Serve beef mixture over the rice
