3 Tbsp Spike seasoning
2 1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp coriander

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and microwave until melted together. Stir. Cut fat off of meat and score meat deeply. Put in bowl and pour sauce over it. Cook on grill on low heat, not very long.
