1 small onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp bacon grease
2 c. ketchup or 1/2 c. smoked BBQ sauce
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and pickle relish in bacon grease. Add ketchup or BBQ sauce. Add sugar. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Pre-boil pork of choice: country ribs, chops, or pork shoulder steak. When done, put pork in pan, top with sauce and broil til done.
