1 c. margarine 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 3 c. flour 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt vanilla or lemon to taste
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla or lemon. Sift rest. Stir into mixture. Roll dough into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 º for 10 minutes.
