1 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
either 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp lemon extract or
2 tsp vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and chill. Roll out 1/8-inch thick. Bake at 350º
