1/2 c pine nuts
1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
2 T sugar
1 T lemon zest
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
2 t freshly ground pepper
1/4 t salt
1/8 t ground red pepper
6 c chopped fresh broccoli (about 1 1/2 lbs)
1 1/2 c chopped Gala apple
3/4 c dried cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pine nuts in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 4-5 minutes or until toasted and fragrant. Whisk together blue cheese crumbles and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add broccoli, apple and cherries, gently tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2-8 hours. Stir in toasted pine nuts just before serving.
