Directions: |
Directions:Dice onion and green pepper in to small pieces. Drain the cottage cheese in colander and add the diced pepper and onion. Add about 2 T. celery seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 c. of Green Goddess dressing over the mixture and stir together. You want the consistency to be about that of the original cottage cheese before drained so it may take a little more dressing. Pour into container, cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. |
