1 head lettuce, torn
1 large red onion, sliced
1 can large black olives,sliced
desired amount of cherry tomatoes
2 jars artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, layer ingredients starting with lettuce, then red onions, olives, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese. Right before serving, stir all ingredients together adding desired amount of Italian dressing.
