1 pkg. wonton wrappers
1 lb sausage (hot or mild to your taste)
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 can black olives, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Fit wonton wrappers into muffin cups sprayed with PAM. Bake at 375 for 4 to 5 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan.
Brown and drain sausage.
Combine with all other ingredients.
Fill baked wonton shells with filling and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 5-10 minute or until cheese melts. Makes about 50.
