4 (8-inch) sandwich rolls
2 cups (12 oz.) cooked turkey
1/2 cup sliced purchased roasted red bell
peppers
1/2 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup salad dressing of your choice (Italian or honey mustard work well)
Sliced cheese of your choice (provolone or Swiss work well)
4 oz. thinly sliced salami

Directions:
Directions:
Split roll. Layer turkey, salami, cheese and peppers on one half of roll.

Mix olives, cream cheese and enough olive juice to make a creamy spread. Spread olive mixture on the other half of roll.

Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 until heated through.

Serve with salad dressing.
