1 lb. ground beef
3 extra large potatoes
1 can corn
2 chopped carrots
2 chopped celery sticks
1 jar Heinz Homestyle beef gravy
1/4 milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes.

Fry beef in skillet until brown. Drain oil. Replace on stovetop to simmer. Add gravy, corn, celery and carrots. Cover, let rest.

Drain water from potatoes. Add half stick of butter and about 1/4-1/2 cup milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Mash potatoes till smooth and creamy.

Set broiler at 550Fº

Pour beef mixture into casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinke with paprika. Stick under broiler until potato browns and crusts.

Serve with a side of beets!
