2 packages frozen California Blend Vegetables 1 lb Velveeta 1/2 stick butter one sleeve HiHo Crackers, crushed
Cook vegetables as directed on the package and drain, set aside in a casserole dish. Cut the Velveeta into chunks. Layer the Velveeta chunks over the vegetables. Mix the melted butter with the crushed crackers and layer on top of Velveeta. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes
