1 LB. lump crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
1 small onion, chopped very fine
red pepper salt

Directions:
Directions:
Season Crabmeat with salt and pepper. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Melt cream cheese in onion mixture, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. stir in crabmeat.
