2 1/2 lbs red potatoes 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1 parsley bunch (save a couple of pieces for garnish) 1 green onion 1 cup bacon bits 1/2 cup milk 2-1/2 lbs of cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste (I us garlic salt)
Dice green onion and parsley Shred cheddar cheese Cut potatoes in big chunks Boil potatoes until tender Strain potatoes Mix potatoes, butter, onions, parsley, bacon bits, milk and cheese
Bake in over for 20-25 minutes at 350º or until cheese start to bubble
I only make this dish on Thanksgiving and Christmas because of all the butter and cheese (It's Very Yummy you should try it)
