4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup light molasses

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except additional sugar. beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2-3 min.). Cover; refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hrs). Heat oven to 350º. Shape rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls; rolling sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 14 to 16 min. until slightly firm to the touch.
