ZUCCHINI BREAD

Prepare 2 loaf pans, spray
Preheat oven 375F

2 cups grated & drained zucchini
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
Stir and set aside:

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Baking soda
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt



Directions:

Stir dry ingredients into squash mixture:
Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and
1 cup raisins

Bake 1 hour.
