1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dump sugar in large bowl, chop in butter (do not cream, as mixture should be lumpy). Stir in unbeaten eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and salt. Pour into unbaked pie crust. (If using frozen pie crust place pan in glass pie pan). Bake at 325 degrees for one hour, 15 minutes.

Cool slightly and top with whipped cream when serving.
