1 Avacado, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Roma Tomato, chopped
1 can Black Olives, chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1/3c Lemon Juice
1/4c Olive oil
3Tbsp Vinegar
3Tbsp Oregano

Chop and combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with tortilla scoops.
