1 stick oleo
21/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 large can crushed pineapple drained
4 bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1 large tub cool whip
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer-Mix 1 stick oleo melted with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups graham crackers.
2nd layer-2 egg whites, 1 stick soft oleo and 2 cups powdered sugar-Beat 10 min with mixer
3rd layer-Spread large can drained pineapple
4th layer- Slice bananas lengthwise and cover 3rd layer. Bananas should be sliced thin.
5th layer-Spread Cool Whip over bananas. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.Then refrigerate until serving time.
