1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds
1 c. ground walnuts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated potato
1 tsp. salt
3 T. grated onion
1 c. soy/rice milk
1 tsp. applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Let stand for 1/2 hour at room temperature. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
