2 1/4 c. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cu. coconut 1 c. almonds 1 c. dates 1/4 c. coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients by hand. Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300º F for 25 minutes.
