3/4 c. flour
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. applesauce or yogurt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oats
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped apple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Keep in the refrigerator.
