Chicken Breasts -boneless skinless
1/2 large purple onion
pack of presliced,cleaned mushrooms
8-10 slices bacon -cooked slightly crisp
Tbs chopped garlic
Cheese slices of choice- cheddar, american or any combo
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute thin sliced onions in olive oil, add mushrooms until browned. Add chopped garlic and continue to cook for a few more moments mixing well. Cook up bacon until somewhat crisp.
Pound breasts thin and cook in frying pan until done and tender add salt and pepper.
Put mushroom & onion mixture on top of chicken breasts, then put 2 slices of bacon on the mixture.
Top with cheese, melt and serve.
