1 package Chicken Breasts -boneless, skinless
1 C sour cream
1 C Breadcrumbs ( Italian style)
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/4 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
The package should give you 4 individual, possibly 5 1/2 breasts.
Dip chicken in sour cream and coat with breadcrumbs. ( you can add salt, pepper or garlic powder to the breadcrumbs) Place in baking dish and pour melted butter over top. Bake in a preheated oven 350 for approx 40-45 min. give or take depending on your oven.Serve with favorite side. Nice with a noodle or rice dish
