1/3 C dry bread crumbs
1/4 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 T hot pepper sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 T mayonnaise
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 onion powder
3- 6 ounce cans lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 C canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, toss together all ingredients except 1/2 C bread crumbs and oil for frying.
2. Form into 6 large patties.
3. Coat with bread crumbs.
4. Heat the oil in heavy skillet, fry the cakes until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels.
