3 c. sugar
2 c. tub margarine
egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter flavoring
1/4 c. skim milk
4 c. enriched, all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
Glaze (optional):
1 1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cream sugar and margarine together. Add egg substitute a small amount at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until batter is very light and fluffy. Add lemon extract, vanilla, butter flavoring, milk, flour and salt, mixing well. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 80 minutes. cool cake in pan for 10 minutes before removing. While cake is baking, combine confectioner's sugar and lemon juice. Pour glaze over warm cake immediately after removing from pan.
