Flat Iron Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Season with spice rub and wrap in plastic wrap prior to cooking-time depends on flavor you want. Preheat oven and broiler pan on Broil. Broil 5 to 6 minutes each side. (Time varies according to preferred doneness) Serve with baked potato and salad.
