London Broil- score the surface on both sides
1/8 - 1/4 inch cuts about 2 inches apart
Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 teas. garlic powder
1/2 teas. ginger
3/4 cup oil
1 onion chopped fine

Directions:

Mix all ingredients for marinade together.
Marinate London Broil in the refrigerator 8-24 hours.

To Grill: Really hot grill. Sear, flip, sear flip. Then turn every 2 minutes until meat is ready.
