1- 1/2 pounds Hamburger
i Onion Diced
1 tsp. Garlic Minced
2 cans cut green beans
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
1 package brown gravy mix
1 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
Beef Stock (About 1 cup)
Mashed Potatoes
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:

Peel potatoes and boil for mashing.

Brown Hamburger Meat in a large skillet, when about half way cooked, add onion, and then garlic when onion is about done. Drain off excess fat.

Add Lipton Onion soup Mix, gravy packet and beef Stock and bring to a simmer, stirring to combine the ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Beans and Tomato sauce. and simmer on low until potatoes are done.

Mash potatoes using Cream (or Milk) and butter and salt.

Pour meat mixture into a cassarole dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Top with mounds of mashed potatoes and then cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
