3 C Flour
1/2 C sugar
1/4 t Salt
4 Eggs
4 t Butter
HONEY SYRUP
1/2 C Honey
1/3 C Sugar
1/3 C Water
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and make into a ball. The flour should be smooth and a little tacky. Pull out some dough and make long strands. Cut into small pieces. Fry until golden brown. Prepare Honey syrup, in pan, cook till transparent. Pour over stroffoli when cooled.
