4 eggs (beaten well)
Dash of salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then add the rest of the ingredients. Heat pan or hot griddle. Spoon small amounts. Wait until one side is slightly browned, then flip over and let other side cook.
