1 1/2 lbs' hamburger or 2 cups chicken
12 corn tortillas
1 cup chopped onions ( brown w/ hamburger)
1 garlic clove minced
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 4 oz can green chilies, drained, seeded, chopped
2 packages shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 tablespoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Take onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil, cook until tender, not brown. Stir in flour, add undrained tomatoes and sauce, chili peppers, sugar, cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt, cook, stir until thick and bubbly. Add some black olives if desired. Combine meat, 1/2 the cheese, 1/4 cup onion, chopped olives (if desired), 3/4 teaspoon salt. Set aside.. Put tortillas in skillet with small amount of hot oil, limp, not crisp ( add oil as needed). 1/4 cup mixture of meat, roll up and put in 9x13 pan, pour sauce over all. Bake covered at 350 for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
