8 oz Cream Cheese
4 c. Shredded Chicken (Cooked)
3 tbsp. Butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
4 tbsp. Minced Onions
1 pkg. Crescent Rolls (frozen)
1 1/2 c. Crushed Seasoned Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 350º.
* Blend Cream Cheese and 6 tbsp. of butter with blender.
* Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, onions and parsley. Mix well.
* Open package of Crescent rolls. DO NOT divide them into triangles; separate rolls two (2) at a time to form (4) rectangles. Pinch the seam together.
* Spoon 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture onto center of each rectangle: bring ends of rolls to the center. Seal edges shut with mixture inside.
* Melt 2 tbsp. of butter and brush on outside of each popover.
* Roll popovers in crushed seasoned croutons.
* Place popovers on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm
