16 slices white bread
sliced bacon or ham
slices sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
cup minced onion
cup finely chopped green pepper
1-2 tsp Worcestershire
3 cup milk
dash Tabasco
lb butter
special K or cornflakes

In 9 X 13 buttered glass baking dish, out 8 pieces of bread, cover with bacon, cheese, repeat. In bowl beat eggs & pepper, add mustard, onion, green pepper, remaining ingredients, cover & refrig overnight. Sprinkle with cornflakes. Bake 350 F uncovered 1 hour. Stand 10 min
