8oz almonds finely chopped
1 egg white
cup sugar
2 TBSP rum
2 oz walnuts
1 egg white, extra

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Almonds, egg, sugar, rum until well mixed. Roll into thick, cut rounds. Brush top with extra egg white. Dip in walnuts & place in lightly greased oven tray. Leave at room temperature for 2 hrs. Bake 350F for 5-8 min
