1 ¼ cup water 2 TBSP powdered milk 2 TBSP honey 1 ½ tsp salt 2 TBSP olive oil 1 egg, beaten 4 cups flour
Put in bread machine on dough setting, when done form into buns space in 2 well greased pans (8”) cover with wax paper, let rise until double. Bake in slow oven 275 F for 40 min. Remove from pan, cool on rack. When cool wrap securely.
