3-1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cup sugar
2 cup mashed bananas
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable (or corn) oil
2/3 cup sour cream
walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, eggs, bananas, oil, vanilla and sour cream together. Mix flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cloves together. Combine both mixtures until well blended. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes.
