1 can of shrimp or crab
16 oz cream cheese ( may use fat free)
1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 jar of cocktail sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder.
spread in 9 inch round dish
cover with cocktail sauce and top with shrimp
I like to use crab and mix it in with the cream cheese,

This is a great fat free dip
serve with Ritz crackers, or crackers of your choice
I would recommend breath mints after eating!
