1 pkg of Betty Crocker Coconut pecan frosting mix 2 1/2 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 cups shredded zucchini 1 cup of oil 1 tbsp vanilla 3 eggs
Grease and flour bundt pan blend all ingredients beat 2 minutes on high( very stiff) pour in pan Bake @ 275, 60-70 minutes Cool upright in pan 30 minutes turn onto plate Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp butter melted 1-2 tbsp milk
