Ingredients:  
1 c. each pineapple, mango, papaya, yellow and orange bell peppers.
2/3 c. each honeydew melon, cantaloupe and avocado
1/2 c. red onion
1/4 c. each chopped fresh cilantro and parsley
2 t. garlic minced
1-2 t. fresh lime juice
1-2 jalapeņo seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fruit, onions and jalapenos to small diced pieces about the same size. Add remaining ingredients to bowl.. Let sit in refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours before serving.
Serve with "scoops" tortilla chips and sour creme is optional.
You can add more or less jalapenos to taste. Great summertime change to tomato salsas.
