1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 Can Rotel - Diced tomatoes and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese up into chunks - pour Rotel into same container - heat through either in microwave or on stove stop - mix well - serve.......you can also put into small crock pot on low - to keep it warm. Serve with tortilla chips - I like Tostitos!

You can also mix in a pound of cooked - ground hamburger or sausage - but, I just like it plain!
